Sold for: $50
Description
This lot consists of 60 rounds of Federal Premium Personal Defense ammunition chambered in .327 Federal Magnum, provided in three original factory boxes of 20 rounds each. These cartridges are loaded with 85-grain Hydra-Shok Jacketed Hollow Point (JHP) bullets, a design characterized by its unique central post designed to ensure consistent expansion and controlled penetration. The rounds are specifically labeled as Low Recoil, optimized for personal defense in compact firearms. Each cartridge features a nickel-plated brass case for increased corrosion resistance and improved cycling reliability. Transcribed markings from the packaging include Personal Defense, 327 Federal Mag, Federal Premium, Hydra-Shok, Low Recoil JHP, and 85 Grain. Headstamps on the individual cartridges are marked F C 327 Federal Mag, signifying production by the Federal Cartridge Company. This premium defensive ammunition is engineered for terminal performance and utilizes non-corrosive primers and clean-burning powders.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in excellent condition, with the nickel-plated cases showing a bright, clean finish and the copper-jacketed bullets free of oxidation, tarnish, or deformation. Primers appear original and properly seated. The three factory cardboard boxes show minor signs of shelf wear, including light scuffing at the corners and small surface abrasions, but they remain structurally sound and the labels are fully legible.
