Description
This is a Walther P22 semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22 LR, designed for target shooting and recreational use. It features a 3.42-inch barrel and a matte black finish on the slide, paired with a black textured polymer frame that includes an integrated accessory rail for mounting tactical lights or lasers. The pistol is equipped with a green fiber optic front sight and an adjustable two-dot rear sight, alongside an ambidextrous thumb safety for ease of use. The ergonomic grip features a distinct stippled texture and a replaceable backstrap to accommodate different hand sizes. Key markings include the model designation P22 on the left side of the slide and the Walther banner logo on the right side. The right side of the frame is marked SMITH & WESSON Springfield, MA U.S.A. cal. .22 l.r., and the serial number is Z124377. Additional frame markings include CARL WALTHER ULM / DO. MADE IN GERMANY. The barrel hood displays proof marks including DE, an eagle over N, an antler symbol, and the date code BC. One stainless steel 10-round magazine with a polymer finger extension is included. Condition report:
The pistol is in good used condition overall. The matte black finish on the slide shows light surface wear and minor scratches, particularly around the muzzle and high points. The polymer frame is well-preserved with sharp texturing and minor handling marks. The bore is bright with clear, well-defined rifling. The action appears to function correctly through manual cycling, and the magazine is in good condition with minor insertion wear. We have not function-tested this firearm.
