Description
This lot features a Remington R51 semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger +P, a compact firearm designed for concealed carry utilizing a pedestal breech action. The pistol is equipped with a 3.4 inch barrel and finished in a non-reflective matte black. The frame is fitted with black textured polymer grip panels that feature a prominent R logo. For rapid target acquisition, the slide is mounted with fixed white three-dot sights. This example is accompanied by a total of two magazines. Key markings include the Remington manufacturer name in cursive script on the left side of the slide and a stylized R51 designation on the right side. The right side of the frame is stamped REMINGTON ARMS CO. HUNTSVILLE, AL R51 and includes a square data matrix code and the serial number H002503R51. Further identification on the barrel hood specifies 9mm Luger +P. The firearm is presented with its original green factory box featuring a matching serial number label, the owner manual, and a cable lock still in its original packaging. Condition report:
The pistol is in very good to excellent overall condition, displaying a well-preserved matte black finish with only faint signs of handling wear. The textured polymer grips are excellent with no significant marks or smoothing of the pattern. The white dot sights are bright and undamaged. The action appears to function correctly when cycled manually, though the firearm has not been function-tested with live ammunition. Both magazines are in very good condition. The original cardboard box shows some minor edge wear and light scuffing but remains structurally sound.
