Gun Collectors Dream Auction #84 June 13th & 14th
Lot 1343:
Sold for: $80
Description
This lot comprises ten polymer-bodied, steel-lined semi-automatic pistol magazines designed for Glock pistols, primarily chambered in .40 S&W, alongside four grip accessories. The magazine assortment includes five standard-length magazines with witness holes numbered to fifteen, three mid-length magazines with witness holes numbered to thirteen, one extended-length magazine, and one subcompact magazine featuring a finger-rest extension. Prominent markings include the Glock logo in a square on the base plates and various witness hole numbering on the rear of the magazine bodies. The included accessories consist of three black polymer magazine spacers and one Pearce Grip extension in its original retail packaging. One spacer is specifically marked with the Glock logo and the designation 483-3, which is a sleeve intended for using longer magazines in subcompact frames. The Pearce Grip packaging identifies the extension for use with Glock models 26, 27, 28, and 33. The magazines and accessories show varying degrees of use, including surface scuffing and finish wear on exposed metal components.
Condition report:
The magazines and accessories are in good to very good condition, exhibiting typical signs of handling and use such as surface scuffing, scratches, and minor finish loss on the metal feed lips and liners. The polymer bodies remain structurally sound with no visible cracks or significant impact damage. One magazine appears more heavily weathered than the others with noticeable surface debris. The springs appear to have functional tension, though the magazines have not been live-fire tested. The Pearce Grip accessory remains in its original sealed blister pack, which shows some shelf wear and adhesive residue.
