Description
This RCBS reloading die set is chambered for .243 Winchester and consists of a trio of steel dies housed in a signature green plastic storage case. The set includes two full-length sizing dies equipped with decapping pins and one bullet seating die. Each die is constructed from steel with knurled adjustment knobs and black locking rings for securing settings. Verbatim markings on the case label identify the set as F L DIE SET .243 WIN, P/N: 11401, GROUP A DIES, and specify USE SHELL HOLDER #3. Hand-marked notations on the label include OK and 1. The individual dies are stamped with markings including RCBS 243 FL and RCBS 243 SEATER. This lot provides the essential tools for full-length resizing, decapping, and bullet seating for the .243 Winchester cartridge.
Condition report:
The dies are in good used condition with the steel surfaces showing minor cosmetic wear and faint spots of oxidation consistent with age and use. The knurled surfaces remain sharp and provide good grip, and the adjustment threads and locking rings appear to function correctly. The green plastic storage case is structurally sound with no cracks, though the exterior identification label is yellowed, peeling at the edges, and contains handwritten ink markings.
