Description
This lot consists of approximately 100 unprimed brass cartridge cases for .17 Remington with a total weight of 1.6 LB. The components are of Remington manufacture and are held in a plain brown cardboard box with several handwritten and printed labels. Identifying marks visible on the cartridge headstamps include .17 REM and REM-UMC. The box features handwritten notation reading .17 Rem. CALIBER Remington BRASS with a quantity of 100 co. and a date of 5-24-88. These brass cases are intended for reloading and are not primed. A light blue printed label is also affixed to the box lid reading 100 17 REM.
Condition report:
The brass cartridge cases appear to be in good, unused condition, featuring a bright yellow finish with some light surface tarnishing and oxidation visible on some cases. The cardboard storage box shows typical signs of shelf wear, minor discoloration, and light staining consistent with its age.
