Description
This semi-automatic rifle is a Bushmaster XM15-E2S chambered for .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO cartridges, configured as a versatile carbine for sport and defensive use. The firearm features a 16-inch M4-profile barrel with a 1 in 7 twist rate, equipped with a standard A2-style front sight post including a bayonet lug and an A2 flash hider. The flat-top upper receiver includes a Picatinny rail mounted with an A.R.M.S. flip-up rear iron sight. The furniture consists of a six-position collapsible polymer stock marked with the Bushmaster logo, standard ribbed polymer handguards, and an ergonomic Lone Star Ordnance pistol grip. The matte black finish is consistent across the receivers and barrel assembly. Key markings on the left side of the lower receiver include the Bushmaster snake logo followed by BUSHMASTER, serial number L085247, CAL. 223-5.56MM, and MOD. XM15-E2S, alongside the manufacturer info B.F.I. WINDHAM, ME. U.S.A. The barrel is stamped 5.56 NATO 1/7, and the pistol grip is marked LONE STAR ORDNANCE SAN ANTONIO, TX. Condition report:
The rifle is in good used condition with the matte black finish showing light surface wear and minor scratches primarily visible on the barrel and near the ejection port. The bore is bright with strong, well-defined rifling throughout. The action appears to function correctly when cycled by hand; however, we have not function-tested this firearm. The polymer furniture is well-preserved with only minor handling marks and no visible cracks.
