Description
This lot consists of approximately 550 rounds of .22 Long Rifle (LR) rimfire ammunition, including both packaged and loose cartridges from several manufacturers. The collection features one 100-round box of Master Mag High Velocity cartridges by Coast to Coast Stores, one 100-round clear plastic box of Winchester Super-X High Velocity cartridges, and one 50-round blue plastic case. The remaining balance of the lot is a large, unsorted pile of loose cartridges with various bullet types, including copper-plated and lead round nose configurations. Visible headstamps across the lot include the letter C for Coast to Coast or CCI, the letter F for Federal, the letter U for Remington, and the designation SUPER-X for Winchester. Cartridge cases are a mix of standard brass and nickel-plated finishes. Verbatim markings on the packaging include Master Mag 22 Long Rifle High Velocity 100 Cartridges, Coast to Coast Stores, Winchester Super-X 22 Long Rifle High Velocity Rimfire Cartridges, Lot #1YE03L, and UPC 020892100018.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in mixed condition reflecting various ages and storage environments. The packaged rounds and their containers show typical shelf wear and minor age-related staining. The loose ammunition shows more significant signs of age, with many lead bullets exhibiting a white powdery oxidation and some brass cases showing spots of green verdigris corrosion. A portion of the loose rounds remains relatively clean, while others show heavy weathering. All rounds appear to be live; however, we have not function-tested this ammunition and cannot guarantee its performance or reliability.
