Description

This lot comprises a trio of coiled metal springs and one small metal internal tooth lock washer, identified by markings as being compatible with Remington Model 11-48 and Winchester Model 50 shotguns. These long, coiled wire components are typically used for magazine tube or recoil functions in semi-automatic shotgun models. One bag contains a coiled spring and a single washer. Another bag includes a spring and bears a white adhesive label stating NUMBER 4142/W24, 226310, WINCHESTER BUTTPLATE (5 3/16″ X 1 5/8″) ROUND LOGO, and a barcode with numbers 7 30745 04142 5. Despite the label description, the actual contents are a spring. Handwritten red markings on the bags include REM 11-48 or WIN-50 and 11-48 Win – 50. These components are intended for firearm repair or maintenance and appear to be in unused condition.

Condition report:

The springs and lock washer are in good physical condition, appearing as unused old stock. There is no evidence of rust, corrosion, pitting, or deformation. The mechanical function of these parts has not been tested. The protective plastic packaging shows some minor shelf wear and handwritten notations.
