Description
This Mossberg 590A1 is a 12-gauge pump-action shotgun configured for tactical or defensive use. It features an 18.5-inch cylinder bore barrel chambered for 2 3/4-inch and 3-inch shells. The receiver and barrel are finished in a durable matte black, with the receiver featuring a top-mounted tang safety. The firearm is equipped with a black polymer fixed buttstock with a textured grip and a matching M-LOK compatible polymer forend for accessory attachment. Additional features include a brass bead front sight, a rubber recoil pad, and sling swivel studs on the buttstock and magazine tube cap. Key markings include the model designation M590A1 and the serial number V2109995 accompanied by a data matrix code on the left side of the receiver. The underside of the receiver is marked MOSSBERG NORTH HAVEN, CT U.S.A. 590 12 GA. The barrel is stamped MOSSBERG CHAMBERED FOR 2 3/4 AND 3IN. SHELLS 12 GA. — 18 1/2IN. CYLINDER BORE, along with a manufacturer warning specifying Eagle Pass, TX. The rubber recoil pad is marked MOSSBERG. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The shotgun is in very good condition, showing minor signs of use. The matte black finish remains largely intact with some light surface scratches and handling marks visible on the receiver and barrel. The polymer furniture is well-preserved with only minor scuffs. The bore is bright and clean. The pump action appears to function correctly and locks up tight, though the firearm has not been live-fire tested.
