Description
This lot features a Rock Island Armory Model 206 double-action revolver chambered in .38 Special, presented in brand new condition. The firearm is configured with a 2-inch snub-nose barrel and a six-shot swing-out cylinder. The metal surfaces are finished in a durable matte black Parkerized coating, while the frame is fitted with black checkered polymer finger-groove grips featuring the manufacturer’s logo. Sighting is achieved via a fixed front blade and a frame-notched rear sight. Key markings include the model designation Model 206 CAL. 38 SPL. on the left side of the barrel, the Rock Island Armory logo on the left side of the frame, and the importer and manufacturer information APINTL-PAHRUMP NV / ACP PHILIPPINES on the right side of the frame. The serial number RIA2027813 is clearly struck on the right side of the frame above the cylinder. This revolver is accompanied by its original factory black plastic hard case, a user’s manual, and a matching-numbered inspection certificate. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The firearm is in excellent condition, appearing brand new with a consistent matte black Parkerized finish and no notable wear. The black polymer grips are well-preserved with sharp checkering. The bore is bright with crisp rifling. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The included factory case and documentation are in good condition.
