Description
A cased pair of RCBS reloading dies for .243 Winchester caliber ammunition, specifically identified by part number 11401. The set includes one full-length sizing die with an integrated decapping pin and one bullet seating die. Both dies are constructed from steel with threaded bodies and knurled adjustment tops, each secured by a black locking ring with a brass-colored set screw. Key markings include the manufacturer and caliber designation stamped into the die bodies as RCBS 243 WIN. The set is housed in its original green plastic manufacturer’s hard case, which features an embossed RCBS logo on the lid. The exterior side label is printed with RCBS, F L DIE SET .243 WIN, P/N: 11401, GROUP A DIES, and USE SHELL HOLDER # 3. Please note that the shell holder is not included with this lot.
Condition report:
The dies and case are in good used condition. The die bodies and threads show minor surface wear and light discoloration consistent with use, but the knurling and adjustment components remain functional. The decapping pin is intact. The green plastic storage case shows minor scuffs and some exterior dirt. The paper identification label on the side of the case is peeling at the edges and exhibits moderate surface wear and fading.
