One smoked gray Midway brand container holds rounds identified by a handwritten label as .22-250 Remington, equipped with 55 grain red polymer-tipped bullets consistent with the Hornady V-MAX line and brass cases. The label provides specific loading data including 35.5 grains of Varget powder and a date of April 10, 1998. The second clear plastic container holds cartridges with jacketed hollow-point bullets and brass cases, Key markings include the brand name Midway molded into the smoked box lid and the verbatim label reading .22-250 V-MAX / 55 GR / 35.5 VARGET / 4.10.98. As these appear to be handloaded or remanufactured cartridges, they should be used with extreme caution and inspected by a professional before use.
Condition report:
The ammunition appears in overall clean condition with bright brass cases showing only slight oxidation from age. The bullets are securely seated, and the polymer tips on the .22-250 rounds are undamaged. The plastic storage boxes are intact and show only minor handling wear and scuffing.
