Description
This Diamondback Firearms DB15 is a semi-automatic modern sporting rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO, configured for a balance of durability and modularity. It features a 16-inch barrel with a 1:8 twist rate, finished in black and topped with an A2-style flash hider. The rifle is built on forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers with a black hardcoat anodized finish. It is equipped with a 12-inch M-LOK free-float handguard providing ample space for accessories, complemented by a full-length Picatinny rail for optics mounting. The furniture consists of a Magpul MOE polymer pistol grip and a collapsible Magpul MOE buttstock with a textured rubber recoil pad. Prominent markings include the Diamondback shield logo on the lower receiver, accompanied by the text DIAMONDBACK FIREARMS, LLC COCOA, FL USA, CAL. MULTI, DB15, and the serial number DB2920335. The dust cover is marked 5.56 NATO, and the barrel is stamped 5.56 NATO 1/8. This firearm is accompanied by its original factory box, one 30-round Magpul PMAG magazine, an owner’s manual, a red cable lock, a green chamber safety flag, and a manufacturer sticker. Condition report:
The rifle is in very good to excellent overall condition, showing minimal signs of previous handling. The black anodized finish on the receivers and handguard is well-preserved with only negligible surface marks. The barrel finish is uniform and free of pitting or oxidation. The bore is bright with crisp, well-defined rifling. The action appears to function correctly through manual cycling, though the firearm has not been function-tested with live ammunition. The Magpul polymer stock and grip are in excellent condition. The original factory cardboard box is intact with some minor shelf wear and adhesive residue from shipping labels.
