Description

This Rossi Circuit Judge is a versatile revolving action carbine manufactured by Taurus in Brazil and imported by BrazTech of Miami, Florida. It is chambered to accept both .45 Long Colt cartridges and 3-inch .410 gauge shotshells, making it a unique multi-purpose firearm for hunting or home defense. The firearm features an 18.5-inch barrel and a five-shot swing-out cylinder equipped with gas shields to protect the shooter’s arm. The metal components exhibit a polished blued finish, and the receiver is fitted with an integrated Picatinny rail for the mounting of optics. The furniture consists of a two-piece hardwood stock and forend, with the buttstock featuring an integrated comb and a textured black rubber recoil pad embossed with the Rossi logo. Sights include a fixed red fiber optic front sight and an adjustable green fiber optic rear sight. Verbatim markings on the firearm include Circuit Judge on the right side of the barrel, and the caliber designation .45 LC / 410 GA on the left side. The frame is marked with BrazTech, L.C. Miami, FL. SCJ4510 on the right side, along with Made in Brazil by Taurus and the serial number FT3846. The serial number FT3846 is also repeated on the barrel. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.

Condition report:

The carbine remains in very good used condition. The blued finish on the barrel and cylinder is well-preserved, showing only minor surface handling marks and a faint turn line on the cylinder. The bore is bright and clean with strong rifling. The revolving action and swing-out cylinder function smoothly, and the hammer and trigger appear to operate correctly. The hardwood stock and forend are structurally sound with scattered light dings and minor surface scratches consistent with field use. The fiber optic sights are bright and intact, and the recoil pad remains supple.
