Description

This lot consists of 99 rounds of remanufactured .32 Smith & Wesson Long ammunition, organized within two plastic storage cases including one clear white container and one translucent blue container. The ammunition features silver-toned nickel-plated cases fitted with copper-jacketed hollow-point bullets. Technical specifications for the loads are provided on handwritten labels attached to the interior lids of the cases, which transcribe as 5.1 GR #5 UCC and 32 SW LONG. These rounds appear to be handloaded or remanufactured using Western brand components, as the cartridge headstamps are marked WESTERN 32 S&W L. The total count includes 50 rounds in the blue case and 49 rounds in the white case, with the final slot in the white case occupied by a spent casing or inert component. This ammunition is designed for firearms chambered specifically for the .32 S&W Long cartridge and represents a typical mid-range target or defensive load configuration.

Condition report:

The ammunition is in overall good physical condition. The nickel-plated cases are bright and free of significant tarnishing or corrosion. The copper jackets remain in good order, though the exposed lead portions of the hollow-point tips show heavy white oxidation and surface corrosion consistent with long-term storage in a humid environment. The primers appear to be seated correctly, and the ammunition is stored in functional aftermarket plastic boxes. We have not function-tested this ammunition.
