A Collection of 38 Safariland, Peerless, and Zak Tool Handcuff Keys and Tactical Tools
Sold for: $60
Description
This lot comprises a collection of thirty-eight handcuff keys and tactical tools designed for professional law enforcement and security use. The assembly includes three individual Safariland handcuff keys, each retained in its original red and black cardboard blister packaging. Each silver-tone metal key is stamped with the manufacturer name SAFARILAND and a stylized animal head logo. Also featured is one Zak Tool Tactical Handcuff Key in its original retail packaging; the tool is constructed with a black knurled steel body, a pocket clip, and is marked ZAK TOOL and MADE IN THE U.S.A. on the card. The collection is further augmented by thirty-four silver-tone metal keys organized on three split-rings consisting of two rings of ten and one ring of fourteen keys. Detailed inspection of these loose keys shows they are stamped with the manufacturer name PEERLESS on the head and are equipped with standard double-lock pin actuators.
Condition report:
The four items in original packaging appear to be in new-old-stock condition with minor shelf wear and light edge curling to the cardboard backings. The thirty-four loose keys on rings exhibit minor surface wear, light scratches, and scattered pinpoint oxidation consistent with handling and bulk storage. The steel split-rings are intact and functional.
