Description
The Orcutt Police Nunchaku III (OPN III) is a specialized law enforcement defensive restraint device designed for subject control and non-lethal force applications. This item features two 12-inch handles constructed from high-impact black polycarbonate, connected by a 1/4-inch black nylon solid diamond braid cord. Each handle is equipped with a textured black high-density foam rubber grip for secure handling during duty use. Verbatim markings on the polycarbonate handles include Orcutt-III on one side, while the reverse side is marked Orcutt-III above PATENT NO 4342457 and MADE IN USA. Condition report:
