Sold for: $110
Description
A lot of 100 rounds of 7.5x55mm Swiss centerfire rifle ammunition, professionally divided into five 20-round units. The lot features three original factory boxes of Prvi Partizan (PPU) ammunition, consisting of one box of 11.30g Full Metal Jacket Boat Tail (FMJ BT), one box of 11.30g Soft Point (SP), and one box of 174 grain Soft Point (SP). These PPU rounds utilize brass cases with Boxer primers and feature headstamps marked with Cyrillic characters for the manufacturer ППУ and the caliber 7,5×55. Also included are two sealed 20-round packs from West Endicott Arms Co., which are clearly labeled as 20 Cartridges – Lead Cast Low Recoil Boxer Primed Central Fire Gallery Practice 7.5 Swiss. These practice loads feature exposed lead-cast projectiles designed for reduced recoil gallery shooting. Verbatim markings on the PPU packaging include prvi partizan AMMUNITION and 20 Centerfire Rifle Cartridges, while the West Endicott packs bear the inscription The Price of Valor Shall not be Forgotten and WEST ENDICOTT ARMS CO. This collection provides a diverse selection of projectiles for standard target use, hunting, and specialized gallery practice in rifles chambered for the Swiss 7.5x55mm cartridge.
Condition report:
The three Prvi Partizan factory boxes show moderate shelf wear, including fraying at the corners and minor surface abrasions, but they remain structurally sound. The cartridges within the PPU boxes appear in good condition with clean brass cases and properly seated projectiles. The two West Endicott Arms Co. packs remain sealed in their original plastic wrapping, showing no signs of compromise to the packaging. The lead-cast projectiles and brass cases visible through the plastic appear well-preserved without significant oxidation or corrosion. All ammunition in this lot appears to be live and factory-loaded.
