Description
This is a blowback-operated semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Beistegui Hermanos in Eibar, Spain, based on the Ruby pattern. Chambered for 7.65mm Browning (.32 ACP), the pistol features a fixed barrel, integrated slide serrations, and a frame-mounted manual safety lever. The metal components exhibit a blued finish that has thinned to a gray and brown patina across much of the surface. The firearm is fitted with checkered wood grip panels secured by steel screws and includes a lanyard ring on the lower left side of the frame. Sights consist of a fixed front blade and a rear notch integrated into the slide. Key markings on the left side of the slide include 7.65 1914 MODEL AUTOMATIC PISTOL, -BEISTEGUI HERMANOS-EIBAR (ESPAÑA)-, and 47452 CAL 32. The frame is marked with a matching serial number 47452 F on the left side and a MADE IN SPAIN export stamp on the right side above the trigger guard. A circled R.H maker or inspector mark is present on the rear left of the frame. The pistol comes with one detachable box magazine featuring nine witness holes, which bears the non-matching serial number 86893. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The blued finish shows significant wear and thinning, with a transition to a mottled gray and plum patina. There are scattered areas of light pitting and surface oxidation, particularly on the slide and near the ejection port. The checkered wood grips show moderate wear, with some smoothing of the checkering and scattered dings and scratches. The bore was not inspected, but the exterior of the barrel shows signs of light corrosion. The action appears to function correctly when cycled manually, though the firearm has not been function-tested. The magazine is a non-matching replacement showing moderate finish wear.
