Description

This is a Spanish Gabilondo y Cia Bufalo semi-automatic pocket pistol chambered in 6.35mm (.25 ACP). It features a compact design intended for vest pocket carry with a fixed barrel and a simple blowback action. The metal surfaces exhibit a blued finish, and the pistol is fitted with checkered black hard rubber grip panels. These grips are adorned with an oval monogram containing the intertwined letters GB and a circular medallion depicting a buffalo head. Key markings include the left side of the slide stamped AUTOMÁTICA ESPAÑOLA-PATS 62004 Y 67577 above BUFALO CAL 6,35. The right side of the slide is marked MADE IN SPAIN and the right side of the frame bears the serial number 19301. Spanish Eibar proof marks, including a crown over a shield and PV, are present on the left side of the frame and slide, with the safety lever marked SEGURO. The pistol comes equipped with one detachable single-stack magazine featuring five witness holes on each side. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.

Condition report:

The pistol is in good used condition. The original blued finish shows moderate wear across the slide and frame, with thinning evident on the high points and forward edges. Light surface oxidation and speckling are present on the frame and the exposed portion of the barrel through the ejection port. The checkered hard rubber grips are intact with some minor smoothing to the texture consistent with age. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The magazine shows expected surface wear and finish loss but is mechanically sound.
