Sold for: $90
Description
This lot consists of 80 rounds of Prvi Partizan (PPU) centerfire rifle ammunition chambered in 7.5x55mm Swiss. The ammunition features 174-grain (11.3 g) Full Metal Jacket Boat Tail (FMJ BT) projectiles and utilizes reloadable brass cases with non-corrosive primers. The cartridges are organized into four original blue cardboard boxes, each containing 20 rounds held within plastic carrier trays. Key markings transcribed verbatim from the boxes include the PPU manufacturer logo and the text Ammunition, 20 Centerfire Rifle Cartridges, 7,5×55 Swiss, FMJ BT, 11,3 g, and 174 gr. The cartridge headstamps are marked verbatim as PPU and 7.5×55. This ammunition is specifically designed for use in Swiss service rifles such as the Schmidt-Rubin K11 and K31 models.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in excellent, live condition. The brass cases remain bright with only minimal surface tarnish from storage, and the copper-jacketed projectiles show no signs of corrosion or oxidation. The cardboard boxes exhibit moderate shelf wear, including scuffing at the edges, minor corner dings, and several retail price tags and inventory stickers.
