Description
This lot consists of 150 rounds of 7.62x25mm Tokarev ammunition manufactured by New Generation Ammunition (Pty) Ltd. of South Africa. The ammunition is divided into three red plastic flip-top boxes, each containing 50 rounds and designated as part of the RSA Range. Technical specifications listed on the packaging indicate the cartridges utilize an 86-grain (5.57g) Full Metal Jacket bullet with a factory-rated muzzle velocity of 1,450 feet per second (442 m/s). All three containers are from batch number 1191-32/99. Transcribed markings on the main labels include NEW GENERATION AMMUNITION (Pty)Ltd., 50 ROUNDS RSA RANGE, BULLET: FMJ 86gr (5.57g), SPEED: 1450ft/s (442m/s), BATCH: 1191-32/99, and 7.62 TOK. One box retains its yellow factory seal sticker over the front latch, which is marked Factory Seal 7.62 T 86gr FMJ, while the other two boxes have been opened but remain complete. The ammunition appears to be in factory-new, live condition and is professionally seated in internal plastic trays.
Condition report:
The red plastic boxes are in good overall condition, exhibiting only minor surface dust and light shelf wear from storage. The adhesive labels are intact and fully legible, with one showing very slight corner lifting. One box remains factory-sealed, while the other two have been opened for inspection. The ammunition cartridges appear clean and free of corrosion, featuring bright cases and correctly seated FMJ projectiles. The internal plastic trays are intact and hold the rounds securely.
