Description

This lot consists of a multi-piece leather belt rig including a full-flap holster, a teardrop-shaped accessory pouch, and a rectangular utility pouch. The entire set is a modern replica constructed of heavy-weight black leather with prominent white contrast stitching. The holster is a right-hand draw, full-flap pattern secured by a brass stud closure. The smaller teardrop-shaped pouch features a matching brass stud closure, while the larger rectangular pouch utilizes dual vertical leather straps with snap-button fasteners. The belt is fitted with a rectangular brass-toned buckle in the style of a US military officer pattern, featuring a central eagle with a chest shield, olive branch, and arrows, surrounded by a wreath and sunburst background. The eagle holds a ribbon in its beak inscribed with the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM. This rig resembles US military styles from the late 19th through early 20th centuries and does not conform to Third Reich military patterns. No manufacturer marks, inspection stamps, or dates are visible on the leather or hardware components.

Condition report:

Excellent, near-mint condition. The black leather remains supple with a consistent finish and no significant scuffing or cracking. The white contrast stitching is clean and intact throughout. All brass-toned hardware is bright and fully functional.
