Description
This Ruger New Model Single-Six is a single-action revolver chambered in .22 caliber and configured as a convertible model featuring two interchangeable cylinders. The firearm is equipped with a 6.5-inch barrel, a stainless steel finish, and smooth wood grips adorned with silver-toned Ruger eagle medallions. The sighting arrangement includes a ramp front sight and an adjustable rear sight. Prominent markings include the left side of the frame roll-marked RUGER .22 CAL. NEW MODEL SINGLE-SIX and the serial number 63-47254 located on the right side of the frame. The top of the barrel is marked STURM, RUGER & CO., INC. SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A. Included with the revolver are a secondary fitted cylinder contained in its original cardboard box with a red drawstring pouch and a black MTM Case-Gard model 807 plastic handgun case. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The revolver is in good used condition. The stainless steel finish displays light surface scratches and minor handling marks throughout, with a few small spots of surface oxidation noted on the barrel. The wood grips remain in good shape with only minor dings and scratches. The bore is bright with strong, well-defined rifling. The action appears to function correctly with a solid lock-up, though the firearm has not been test-fired. The additional cylinder appears well-maintained with minimal wear.
