Description
This Hornady Custom-Grade New Dimension reloading die set is intended for use with .480 Ruger and .475 Linebaugh cartridges. The collection consists of six individual metal die components housed within a factory red plastic storage case featuring an embossed H logo. The group includes a sizing and decapping die with a zip spindle, an expander die, and several seating or crimping assemblies. Verbatim markings on the partially torn case label include Hornady CUSTOM-GRADE NEW DIMENSION DIES and 480 RUGER/475 LINEBAUGH Series 4 Die Set. One individual die body is stamped with the designation 480 RUGER SE. The original instructional manual is included inside the case.
Condition report:
The dies are in fair used condition, exhibiting significant surface rust and oxidation across at least three of the die bodies and the decapping spindle rod. The threads and knurled surfaces appear intact despite the oxidation. The red plastic case shows moderate wear, with the side identification label being partially torn and soiled.
