Description
This lot consists of 50 rounds of Winchester Precision 200 target ammunition chambered in .22 Long Rifle. These vintage cartridges are loaded with Lesmok powder, a specialized semi-smokeless compound favored by competitive marksmen in the early 20th century for its consistency and accuracy. The cartridges feature standard lead bullets and brass casings marked with the iconic raised H headstamp, a tribute to B. Tyler Henry. The ammunition is housed in its original two-piece greenish-blue cardboard box with a distinctive red diagonal stripe. Verbatim markings on the top label include 50 WINCHESTER 50 .22 LONG RIFLE CARTRIDGES, MADE IN U.S.A., and PRECISION 200 LESMOK, with the manufacturer identified as WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO. Condition report:
The ammunition appears to be in original, live condition. The brass casings exhibit a naturally aged patina with minor spots of surface oxidation and tarnish.
