Description
A group of 4 1972-S Eisenhower dollars, commonly referred to as Blue Ikes. These 40 percent silver coins were struck at the San Francisco Mint, as indicated by the S mint mark on the obverse. The coins feature the Eisenhower portrait obverse and the Apollo 11 insignia reverse. Each coin remains sealed in its original government plastic film packaging alongside a blue plastic token embossed with the Department of the Treasury seal and the inscription EISENHOWER SILVER DOLLAR UNCIRCULATED. The lot includes four white informational inserts titled UNCIRCULATED 40% SILVER EISENHOWER DOLLAR COIN.

Condition report:
Uncirculated. Several coins exhibit natural peripheral and surface toning in shades of gold, brown, and gray. The plastic packaging shows light creasing and handling consistent with age.
