Description
This lot consists of 350 rounds of Federal Hi-Power .22 Short rimfire ammunition, contained within seven original cardboard boxes. The collection features two distinct packaging styles: three boxes are marked Maximum Velocity with a yellow and white graphic stripe, while four boxes are labeled 50 Rim Fire Cartridges with a black and white diagonal stripe. All boxes are decorated in a red and white color scheme and feature end flaps marked .22 Short Federal Hi-Power. The cartridges utilize brass casings with a prominent letter F headstamp and are loaded with copper-plated lead bullets.
Condition report:
The ammunition and its packaging show signs of significant age and shelf wear. The brass casings exhibit a dark patina, and white lead oxidation is clearly visible on numerous copper-plated bullets. The cardboard boxes show moderate wear, including frayed edges, surface scuffing, and minor staining, although they remain functional for containing the rounds. The ammunition appears to be live.
