Description
This lot contains 55 rounds of Western Super-X Power-Point ammunition chambered in .284 Winchester. Each cartridge is loaded with a 125-grain jacketed soft point bullet seated in a brass casing. The ammunition is distributed across three original yellow cardboard boxes featuring the distinctive red and blue Western Super-X graphics. The boxes are clearly marked with Western Super X, Power-Point, 284 Winchester, and 125 Gr. Soft Pt. Bullet. Verbatim headstamp markings on the cartridges read W-W SUPER 284 WIN in a circular arrangement around the primer. This ammunition is designed for use in rifles specifically chambered for the .284 Winchester cartridge, a high-velocity caliber often utilized for North American big game hunting.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in good overall condition, with the brass casings showing a light, even tarnish and minor oxidation consistent with long-term storage. The soft point lead tips remain intact with minimal deformation. The three cardboard boxes exhibit moderate shelf wear, including scuffing to the surfaces, minor fraying and small tears at the corner edges and tuck flaps, and remnants of adhesive residue from old labels on the end panels. The primers appear undisturbed, and the rounds appear live, though they have not been function-tested.
