Description
This Ruger New Model Single-Six is a single-action revolver featuring a stainless steel construction and a versatile dual-cylinder configuration. The firearm is equipped with a 6.5-inch barrel and is chambered for .22 caliber, including a secondary interchangeable cylinder marked for .22 Win. Magnum caliber. The furniture consists of smooth, reddish-toned wood grips featuring inset silver-colored Ruger eagle medallions. The sighting system includes a fixed ramp front sight and an adjustable rear sight for precision. Prominent markings include RUGER .22 CAL. NEW MODEL SINGLE-SIX on the left side of the frame and the manufacturer details STURM, RUGER & CO., INC. SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A. on the left side of the barrel. The serial number 263-22365 is located on the right side of the frame below the cylinder window. The lot is presented with a gray Ruger-branded plastic carrying case and includes two cylinders in total. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The revolver is in excellent overall condition, retaining a clean stainless steel finish with only minor handling marks. The wood grips are well-maintained with no significant dings or scratches, and the medallions remain clear. The action appears to function correctly with crisp timing and lockup, though we have not function-tested this firearm. Both the primary and the additional .22 Magnum cylinder show minimal signs of use and no evidence of pitting or corrosion. The gray plastic case is in good condition with minor external storage wear.
