Description
This is a single Colt Gold Cup Trophy semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP, configured as a high-performance target and competition firearm. It is equipped with a 5-inch National Match barrel with the hood marked – COLT 45 AUTO N.M. – and features a stainless steel finish with brushed flats and matte rounds on the slide and frame. The pistol is fitted with blue and black checkered G10 composite grips featuring the Colt logo, a flared magazine well, a skeletonized trigger, and a skeletonized hammer. Sighting is provided by an adjustable target rear sight and a red fiber optic front sight. Key markings include the model designation COLT GOLD CUP TROPHY with a trophy icon on the left side of the slide and COLT GOVERNMENT MODEL on the right side of the slide. The right side of the frame is marked COLT’S PT.F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A. and bears the serial number GCX09755. The firearm is accompanied by its original blue factory plastic case, one 8-round stainless steel magazine, an instruction manual, a cable lock, a Lucas Oil sample, and various factory hang tags. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The pistol is in excellent, like-new condition with minimal evidence of handling. The stainless steel finish is bright and clean throughout. The bore is bright with sharp, well-defined rifling. The action appears to function correctly, and the G10 grips are in pristine condition with sharp checkering. All included accessories appear to be in excellent condition. We have not function-tested this firearm.
