Description
This lot comprises 80 count of empty Weatherby .257 Magnum brass casings for reloading, contained within four original manufacturer boxes. These casings are designed for the .257 Weatherby Magnum cartridge, a caliber recognized for its high-velocity performance in sporting rifles. Each yellow and brown cardboard box is marked Weatherby Ultra-Velocity Ammunition and features the distinctive tiger illustration within a red circle, along with the company slogan Builders of America’s Finest Rifles. Verbatim markings on the boxes include .257 Weatherby Magnum and 20, indicating the original round count per package. One box exhibits handwritten notations in ink, specifically 100 Gr Nosler Solid Base spitzer. The internal cardboard dividers are present in the boxes. The individual brass casings feature headstamps that read WEATHERBY .257 MAGNUM and show struck primers, identifying them as once-fired components suitable for subsequent cleaning and reloading.
Condition report:
The four boxes show moderate to heavy shelf wear, with scuffing, edge fraying, and small tears on the end flaps. One box has handwritten pen notations on the front panel.
