Description
This lot features two silver rounds, each containing one troy ounce of .999 fine silver. The obverse of each round displays a profile of Liberty inspired by the United States Peace Dollar design, with the word LIBERTY arched at the top and the date 1985 at the bottom. The reverse depicts a balance scale flanked by wheat stalks, with the inscriptions ONE TROY OUNCE at the top and .999 FINE SILVER and SILVER TRADE UNIT at the bottom. These rounds were produced as private silver bullion for trade and are not government-issued legal tender. No specific mint or refiner marks are visible on either piece.

Condition report:
Both rounds exhibit significant brownish-orange toning and surface discoloration on the faces and the reeded edges. General surface wear, including light scratches and scuffs consistent with handling, is present on both pieces.
