Description
This lot consists of 350 rounds of Winchester Wildcat 22 high velocity .22 Long Rifle ammunition, traditionally packaged in boxes of 50 rounds each. These cartridges are configured with brass casings and lead round nose (LRN) projectiles designed for high-velocity applications. The packaging features white cardboard boxes with distinct blue and red graphics including an illustration of a bobcat. Technical markings and branding on the boxes include WINCHESTER-Western WILDCAT 22, HIGH VELOCITY, and the safety warning WARNING: Keep out of the reach of children. The cartridges themselves are characterized by a stylized W headstamp on the base. One visible box carries a handwritten notation in black marker that reads D 589. The cartridges are held within internal slide-out cardboard trays. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The ammunition appears to be in very good, live condition. The brass cases are clean and free of significant oxidation or corrosion. The lead round nose bullets are well-seated and show no signs of lead bloom or degradation. The packaging displays some age-related shelf wear, including minor edge fraying, corner dings, and the aforementioned marker notation on one box face, but remains structurally sound.
