Description
This Ruger M77 Mark II All Weather is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .25-06 Remington, configured for long-range hunting or target applications. The rifle features a heavy-contour barrel and receiver with a durable matte stainless steel finish designed for corrosion resistance. The metal assembly is bedded into a brown and tan laminated wood stock featuring a smooth finish and a black rubber recoil pad embossed with the Ruger logo. It is equipped with a Tasco 4-16x40mm variable power scope with an adjustable objective and a duplex reticle, mounted in Ruger-style stainless steel rings. A folding, spring-tensioned bipod is attached to the front sling swivel stud for enhanced stability. Key markings include the model designation RUGER M77 ® MARK II and the serial number 782-90876 on the receiver, and the barrel specifies the caliber as .25-06 REM. Condition report:
The rifle is in good overall condition. The matte stainless steel finish on the barrel and receiver is well-maintained, showing very little wear or surface oxidation. The laminated wood stock exhibits several surface scuffs, shallow scratches, and typical handling marks from field use, but remains structurally sound. The bore was not inspected but the muzzle crown appears free of damage. The bolt action appears to function correctly and locks up tight, though the firearm has not been test-fired. The scope optics are clear, the reticle is intact, and the bipod functions as intended.
