Description
This is a single AMT (Arcadia Machine & Tool) Back Up semi-automatic pocket pistol chambered in .380 ACP, also known as 9mm Kurz. This compact firearm features a 2.5 inch barrel housed within a stainless steel slide and frame, both exhibiting a consistent brushed factory finish. The pistol is fitted with black checkered polymer grip panels secured by a single screw on each side. Key markings include the circular AMT logo, CAL. 380 9MM KURZ, -BACK UP-, and IRWINDALE, CALIF. on the left side of the slide. The left side of the frame above the trigger guard is stamped with the serial number A95602. The right side of the slide is marked STAINLESS – MADE IN U.S.A., and the right side of the frame is marked IRWINDALE, CA. alongside another circular AMT logo. Included with the pistol is the original factory cardboard box with the matching handwritten serial number A95602, the manufacturer instruction manual, a single magazine with an orange follower and partial warning label, and a black plastic-handled cleaning rod. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The pistol is in good used condition. The stainless steel finish shows minor surface handling marks and light scratches throughout, consistent with occasional use and carry. The black polymer grips remain attractive with crisp checkering and no significant dings or cracks. The action appears to function correctly when cycled by hand, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The magazine shows typical finish wear from insertion and removal. The cardboard box is intact with some edge wear and staining.
