Description
This lot features a cased pair of RCBS reloading dies chambered for .300 Weatherby Magnum. Produced during the Omark Industries era, the set includes one full-length resizing and decapping die alongside one bullet seating die. Both tools are constructed with knurled steel bodies and are equipped with silver-tone knurled locking rings that utilize hex-head set screws for position retention. The set is contained within its original green textured plastic case, which bears the embossed RCBS OMARK INDUSTRIES logo on the lid. The identifying label on the case specifies Group A and Part # 15201, and indicates that shell holder #4 is required. Verbatim markings on the label include FL DIE SET, 300 WBY MAG, and 28. A vintage retail sticker from Longs for $24.99 is present on the case exterior.
Condition report:
Both dies exhibit a substantial amount of surface rust and oxidation, primarily located on the knurled grasping surfaces and the upper adjustment stems. The threads show varying degrees of surface discoloration but the thread profile remains defined. The locking rings show light wear and oxidation but are fully present. The plastic storage case remains structurally sound with some external scuffing and a partially removed white adhesive label on the lid.
