Description
A single large antique fixed-blade butcher knife featuring an upswept carbon steel blade in a cimiter or scimitar profile. The knife is constructed with a full tang and two wood handle scales, likely oak, which are secured by three brass pins. No maker marks, tang stamps, or other identifying inscriptions are visible on the blade or handle. This style of professional trade knife was commonly utilized in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

The knife is in well-used antique condition. The carbon steel blade exhibits a dark, heavy patina with significant pitting and oxidation across both surfaces.
