Description
This Ruger 22/45 MK III is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22 Caliber Long Rifle, specifically configured for target shooting with a blued slab-sided bull barrel. The firearm features a steel receiver and barrel assembly with a blued finish, mounted on a black polymer frame designed to replicate the grip angle and control layout of a classic 1911. It is equipped with custom asymmetrical wood target grips that feature a large, contoured thumb rest on the left-side panel for a right-handed shooter and textured checkering for a secure hold. For optics, the pistol is fitted with a Weigand RM2SM WEIG-A-TINNY Picatinny-style rail mount currently holding an ADE ARES red dot sight. Verified markings include RUGER 22/45 MK III and .22 CAL. LONG RIFLE on the left side of the receiver, while the right side displays the serial number 272-99116. The mount is marked RM2SM WEIG-A-TINNY and the optic is marked ADE ARES. One detachable magazine is included with this firearm. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The blued finish on the barrel and receiver exhibits light operational wear, characterized by scattered minor surface scratches and faint scuffing. The polymer frame is in good condition with only minimal handling marks visible. The wood target grips are well-maintained with crisp checkering and no significant chips or cracks. The optic lens appears clear. The action appears to function correctly through manual cycling, although the firearm has not been function-tested or live-fire tested.
