Description
This lot consists of 100 rounds of Golden Tiger brand 7.62x39mm ammunition, organized into five individual boxes of 20 cartridges each. The load features a 124-grain Full Metal Jacket Boat Tail projectile with a lead core, designed for improved ballistic performance. The cartridges are constructed with green-lacquered steel cases, characterized by a visible purple sealant at both the case mouth and the primer pocket to ensure moisture resistance and long-term storage stability. These cartridges utilize non-corrosive primers. Prominent markings transcribed verbatim from the packaging include GOLDEN Tiger, 7.62×39 FMJBT, 124 GR, LEAD CORE, STEEL CASE, NON-CORROSIVE, and 20 CARTRIDGES. The ammunition is intended for use in rifles chambered for the 7.62x39mm cartridge, such as the SKS or AK-47 platforms.
Condition report:
The ammunition appears to be in excellent, factory-new condition. The green lacquer on the steel cases is uniform and free of corrosion or oxidation. The projectiles are clean and correctly seated, with the purple sealant present and undisturbed. The cardboard boxes exhibit minor shelf wear, including slight creasing, edge wear, and small tears at the corners. One box has been opened for inspection, while the remaining boxes appear to be in their original factory state.
