Description
This Penn Special 4/0 Senator 113H high-speed conventional salt water trolling reel features a black one-piece graphite frame and red side plates. The side plate is embossed with a leaping billfish and is marked with the text PENN 113H Special 4/0 Senator High Speed, BALL BEARING, and MADE IN U.S.A. The frame bears a red label reading PENN SENATOR 113H ONE-PIECE GRAPHITE FRAME. The handle side plate is marked PENN 113H 4/0 SENATOR and indicates the FREE SPOOL setting near the lever. The reel is equipped with a chrome-plated star drag, harness lugs, and a large black T-shaped power handle. It is currently spooled with monofilament line and includes a rod mounting clamp.
Condition report:
The reel is in good used condition, showing signs of moderate wear consistent with age and typical use. There is visible surface pitting and oxidation on the chrome-plated metal rings and screw heads. The black power handle knob shows scuffs and surface scratches. Mechanical movements appear functional, though not tested under load.
