Description
This lot consists of five boxes containing a total of 125 rounds of Winchester AA Double A Target Load 28 gauge shotgun ammunition. Each individual box holds 25 shells configured with a 2 3/4 inch length, a 2 dram equivalent powder charge, and 3/4 ounce of #9 shot. The ammunition features dark red plastic hulls with brass-colored bases and unspent primers. Verbatim markings on the cardboard packaging include Winchester, AA Double A, Target Load, 28 Gauge, 2 3/4 Inches, 2 DR. EQ., 3/4 OZ., 9 Shot, and the product number AA289. The hulls are marked with the AA logo, 2-3/4-9, and the safety warning USE ONLY IN 28 GA. GUNS.
Condition report:
The original cardboard packaging shows shelf wear, scuffing, and minor corner impact damage consistent with age and storage. The graphics and text remain clear and legible. The shells appear factory-loaded and live. The brass-colored bases exhibit some surface oxidation and light tarnishing, while the red plastic hulls appear intact and free of significant deformation.
