Description
A collection of twelve vintage saltwater fishing rigs and tackle, primarily from West Coast manufacturers and presented in their original retail packaging. The group includes multiple Wally Whale brand Mono Double Drop rigs by Zak Tackle Mfg. Co. of Tacoma, Washington, rated for 250 lb line and featuring circular pink Glows in the Dark adhesive labels. Also present are spreader rigs by the JB Lure Co. of Sacramento, California, including the Sacramento River Special and Enticer Spreaders models. The rigs are constructed with monofilament line, wire spreaders, metal swivels, and snaps, and are decorated with various colorful beads and polished metal blades in silver, gold, and copper-tone finishes. Some packaging retains original retail price tags from Elkhorn Bait and Tackle.
Condition report:
Items appear to be in unused condition within their original packaging. The retail headers and plastic bags show some minor shelf wear, creasing, and discoloration consistent with age and storage. Metal components may exhibit minor surface oxidation.
