Description
This lot consists of a pair of AR-15 pattern firearm components, comprising one barrel assembly and one flat-top upper receiver assembly, both chambered for the 5.56x45mm NATO cartridge. The barrel assembly features a 14-inch M4-profile barrel with a matte black Parkerized finish and includes a barrel nut, delta ring, an A2-style birdcage flash hider, and a pinned front sight base equipped with a bayonet lug and side-mounted sling swivel. Markings on the barrel specify 5.56 NATO 1:7 to denote the caliber and rifling twist rate, while the front sight base bears a cast B and a 2 within a circle. The second item is a flat-top upper receiver assembly with a matte black finish, exhibiting a Cerro Forge keyhole forge mark, a forward assist, and an ejection port cover. It is fitted with a free-floating quad-rail handguard featuring white-painted T-marks ranging from L2 through L28 and houses a secondary barrel also marked NATO 1:7 with a threaded muzzle. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
Both assemblies are in good used condition with the matte black finish showing minor surface scuffs, light scratches, and wear consistent with handling and previous assembly. The bores were not internally inspected but appear to be in good condition based on the visible portion of the muzzles. The forward assist and ejection port cover on the upper receiver appear to function correctly; however, the components have not been live-fire tested.
