Description
This lot comprises eleven sets of replacement and aftermarket grips designed for Smith and Wesson third-generation semi-automatic pistols. The collection includes both factory-style polymer grips and Hogue-branded textured rubber stocks. Verbatim markings on the various packages and bags specify fitment for multiple series: handwritten notations include S&W Double Stack 5900 ETC and S&W SINGLE STACK (39XX), while a printed label states New S&W3913 49.95. Three sets remain in original Hogue blister packaging, with labels indicating compatibility for S&W 3rd Gen. 3900 Series decocker on slide, S&W 3rd Gen. 4500 and 1000 series With Slide Safety, and S&W 3rd Gen. Compact .45 Decocker on Slide. The materials consist of durable black checkered polymer and pebbled recoil-absorbing rubber, intended to provide enhanced ergonomics for various single-stack and double-stack frame sizes.
Condition report:
The grips are in generally very good to excellent condition, with three sets remaining unused in original Hogue factory packaging. The packaging shows some minor shelf wear and age-related discoloration to the plastic. The remaining eight sets are housed in clear plastic bags or are loose; these appear to have seen little to no use, with crisp checkering and no significant abrasions or degradation of the rubber materials. All included mounting hardware is present where visible in the clear bags.
