Description
This lot comprises a collection of disassembled components for two Winchester Model 12 pump action shotguns chambered in 12 gauge. The assembly includes two distinct receivers, two magazine tube assemblies, two trigger group housings, two bolts, and an extensive variety of internal components such as hammers, sears, extractors, pins, and a large coiled magazine spring. One magazine tube is fitted with a smooth wooden forend featuring a reddish-orange glossy finish. Technical specifications for barrel length and overall length are unavailable as the barrels and stocks are missing from this collection. Key markings include the serial number 151414 stamped on the underside of the polished receiver extension and serial number 332388 stamped on the underside of the rusted receiver extension. The lot is accompanied by a handwritten note labeled M-12 Parts. This collection is being sold strictly for parts or restoration purposes and has not been function-tested. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The components exhibit a wide range of physical conditions. The receiver bearing serial number 151414 is in a bright, polished state with minor surface oxidation and light handling marks. The receiver with serial number 332388 displays heavy overall rust and significant pitting across the exterior. The wooden forend shows typical field wear with scratches and dings but remains structurally sound. Small internal parts and hardware vary from fair condition to heavily rusted. The magazine tubes show finish wear and light oxidation. Mechanical functionality is unknown as the firearms are completely disassembled and missing critical components.
