Description
A pair of Olympus 12×50 EXPS multi-coated porro prism binoculars. The instrument features a black rubberized armor coating over a metal and plastic chassis with glass optics. The left prism housing bears a raised silver badge marked OLYMPUS BINOCULARS. Below the badge, gold-colored text reads 12×50 EXPS, MULTI COATED, FIELD 5.3. A vertically oriented serial number 224940 is printed on the rear left housing near the eyepiece. The central pivot cap is marked with an interpupillary distance scale showing increments between 70 and 80. The binoculars are equipped with metal split rings for strap attachment. Included is an Olympus branded black synthetic leather carrying case with a front flap and an adjustable woven shoulder strap. One black plastic eyepiece cover is present.

Condition report:
The binoculars exhibit minor surface wear and light scuffing on the rubberized exterior armor. Dust is present in the crevices of the housing and on the lens surfaces. One eyepiece cap and both objective lens covers are missing. The central focusing wheel and diopter adjustment appear physically intact, but mechanical and optical functions, including collimation and internal cleanliness, have not been tested.
