Description
This lot consists of two steel ammunition cans in the .50 caliber M2A1 style, both finished in olive drab. One can is a modern commercial reproduction distributed by Harbor Freight Tools of Calabasas, CA, and manufactured in Vietnam. It retains its large decorative paper label and is stamped with 20 M2A1 on the end. The second container is an older military-style or surplus can with a plain side, stamped with 95 above SCF on the end. Both cans are constructed of rugged steel and feature a side-clamping latch mechanism, a heavy-duty folding carry handle on the lid, and a fully removable lid equipped with a rubber gasket designed for a watertight and airtight seal.

Condition report:
The containers are in good to very good overall condition. The older can exhibits visible signs of age and use, including surface scratches, minor paint loss, and small areas of oxidation centered around the hinge. It also has remnants of blue tape on the lid. The modern Harbor Freight can is in excellent condition with minimal wear, though the large paper label is partially peeling at the top edges.
