Description
This lot features 70 rounds of centerfire rifle ammunition manufactured by Hornady, chambered in .30-40 Krag, also known as 30/40 Creg. Each round is assembled with a polished brass case and a copper-jacketed soft-point projectile. The ammunition is housed in two green plastic flip-top storage boxes equipped with black grid inserts to maintain organization. Verbatim headstamps on the cartridges display H O R N A D Y on the top arc and 3 0 – 4 0 K R A G on the bottom arc, confirming the manufacturer and caliber. The brass cases and projectiles appear clean and well-maintained, showing no signs of environmental wear or degradation.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in excellent overall condition. The brass cases are bright and polished with no visible corrosion, tarnish, or verdigris. The copper-jacketed projectiles are clean and free of damage. All primers appear to be seated correctly and the ammunition is believed to be live.
